Vision
This project proposes the redevelopment of 188-190 Iverson Road, West Hampstead - presently, a largely light-industrial site, with some office accommodation.
The proposal is for a new, mixed-use development along the front portion of the site, comprising 19 residential units arranged over three- to four-storeys, atop a basement car park and two storeys of commercial accommodation. A timber store and biomass boiler is proposed at the rear of the site, intended to offset some of the main development’s energy demands via the incineration of waste timber – a by-product of the light industrial activities that already exist there.
